The Family Reunification allows citizens who have regularly stayed to gain entry to the stay of one or more family members.
Can apply for family reunification the foreigner resident in Italy, holder of a valid residence card or residence permit, with a duration of not less than one year, issued for the following reasons::

You can request family reunification for the following family members:
spouse
minor children
dependent adult children with total disability
dependent parents who do not have other children in their country of origin or in the case of parents over 65, if the other children are unable to support them for serious and documented health reasons
natural parent, if the applicant is a minor and legally residing in Italy with the other parent
In order to be able to reunite with his family members abroad, the applicant must have the availability:
suitable accommodation (the competent municipal office will issue the certificate of accommodation suitability, i.e. a declaration of how many people can live in the accommodation and that the house complies with the hygienic-sanitary requirements);
a minimum annual income “not less than the annual amount of the social allowance increased by half the amount of the social allowance for each family member to be reunited. The calculation does not take into account only the applicant’s income, but” the total annual income of the cohabiting family members “which must be properly documented.
